Disney Magical Mouse Schoolhouse Creative Writing Contest!

I usually do not post on weekends, BUT, I wanted to blog about the Disney's Magical Mouse Schoolhouse writing contest for ages 8-12. Here are some of the details directly from their site:

Magical Mouse Schoolhouse is sponsoring the event and providing some really cool prizes for one talented winner! See details below.

Contest Timeline: Contest begins July 13th and runs through August 5th, ending at midnight. Winners will be announced Monday, August 8th.

Contest Rules: Writer must be aged 8-12. Please submit story through the online form found here to ensure word count of 250-800 words based on a MS Word count. You must copy and paste story to the form. We do not accept files.

Topic: Write about your dream summer vacation and turn it into a fantasy story (fiction) - get as creative as you want.
