AutoLearner Product Review

Recently I was given the chance to test out and review the AutoLearner. The AutoLearner is a plastic lesson holder that attaches to any headrest in your vehicle to house different educational content for your preschool to elementary school aged child. You can purchase some educational lessons on the AutoLearner website to utilize in your lesson holder as well as create your own. We did both.

I actually tried this with all three of our children on recent traveling we've done around Germany the past several days. 

For our 3-year-old son, Little Caveman,  we used their Alphabet Lesson (with white background). He absolutely LOVED it. He was very interested in identifying the letters as well as the vibrant pictures on each lesson. His favorite was the letter "C" as his passion is cars.

For our 5-year-old son, Prince Charming, we made our own lists of sight words and reading words he is learning on our computer and printed them out. This was great for him and quite exciting as we used "themed" words such as hills, mountain, vacation, etc.  

For our 10-year-old daughter, Princess, who is learning German, we created and printed out a few word lists that she could reference during our time traveling in our vehicle.

I think that this is a great design for any family that spends time in their vehicles traveling. I know while living in Germany, we travel a lot as things are very spread apart and there are so many great destinations to see nearby. The only con I found was that it was a bit "tight" when putting the lesson in the holder. BUT, if you used card stock to print out the lessons, it would probably help with that :) Very minor compared the wonderful usage we'll get out of this product.

Although the AutoLearner was designed for young children, it could also serve as a great tool for an older child or adult who is needing to memorize word lists for foreign language, a speech, or other many other endless possibilities.
